Getting started
If you like to schedule content days, weeks, or even months ahead, our workflow complements every work style. Simply follow these 5 steps to optimize your posting experience:
Step 1. Connect your social media profiles
Connect to social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn – we call these targets. Each target lets you directly post to the platform and retrieve engagement insights. This allows you to effortlessly manage your reach and optimize your approach for maximum impact.
Connect to these accounts to get started:
- Sharing captivating images and videos of property offerings can help increase your agency’s brand awareness and attract interested potential buyers. Post directly to Facebook Business Pages and groups and see engagement insights in Social Stack Pro.
- To connect:
- Log in to your Social Stack Pro account
- Click the Social Targets icon in the top left corner of the page
- Click the plus sign next to Facebook to start the connection process
- Follow the instructions from Facebook to sign in and link your account, this is where you’ll decide which pages Social Stack Pro can post to

- Instagram’s visual nature aligns well with the visual aspect of home selling. Plus, creating content for Instagram can help you think visually and generate content that can be repurposed on other social media platforms, emails, or your website to achieve success. Post directly to Instagram and see engagement insights in Social Stack Pro. This is only available for Business Profiles, not personal or creator profiles.

- Log in to your Social Stack Pro account
- Click the Social Targets icon in the top left corner of the page
- Click the plus sign next to Instagram to start the connection process
- Follow the instructions from Instagram to sign in and link your account

Note: Since Facebook is the owner of Instagram, third-party tools can only access Instagram functionalities, such as direct publishing, stream engagement, and analytics via Facebook’s APIs. You must have a Facebook Page linked to your Instagram Business Profile and authenticate your account through Facebook. - For real estate agents dealing in both commercial and domestic properties, LinkedIn is an appropriate social network. It facilitates the discovery of business owners seeking the right property and enables connection with individuals searching for a new home. Post directly to your LinkedIn profile or Company Page and retrieve engagement insights in Social Stack Pro.

- Click the Social Targets icon in the top left corner of the page
- Click the plus sign next to LinkedIn to start the connection process
- Follow the instructions from LinkedIn to sign in and link your account

Social target limit reached? Add new targets easily
Maxed out your targets? Not a problem! Please head over to Settings > Profile > Manage Subscriptions and increase your profiles by upgrading to the Pro Plan.
Step 2. Stack Campaign Dashboard Overview
Stack Campaigns, or “stacks” for short, are our way of helping you organize content. Each stack acts like a container for your content, so feel free to add a stack for each topic, series, or category you create content for. For example, instead of having one listing stack for all your listings, you’ll find the most success by creating a stack for each listing. This allows you to visualize when content for each listing is posted, and you can customize each stack to get the most out of every post. With the Stack Campaign Dashboard, you can:
- View, rearrange, add, and delete stack campaigns to ensure you always have a good content mix
- Group stack campaigns by topic, target, format, or any other label you’d like
- Engagement insights are always available, but you can group stacks together to track how well each group is performing
- See a calendar view of all posts scheduled in all stack campaigns to avoid gaps in your content calendar
- See targets, schedules, and content days left for each stack campaign at a glance
- Get inspired with fresh, new topics with the Inspire Me button
- Access the social targets page, Canva template library, settings, and help desk
Step 3. Create Content using AI and other tools
Content Creation Tools
AskAI
- Use AI Inspire, the versatile content creation platform that helps you generate and revamp content of various kinds. Create your own prompts, or use the Prompt Scripts feature to choose from a selection of ready-made scripts to craft captions, video scripts, listing descriptions, and much more. We’ve integrated the newest ChatGPT model to deliver the best quality user experience possible.
- To Use:
- Choose the stack you want to create AI-inspired content for
- Click the AskAI button to start creating content
- Choose a created Prompt Script based on the content format you need, or create your own prompts
- Ask for anything! Add your own input, ask a question, or paste something you need rewritten, then click “AskAI
- Use the results to craft your content. You’ll see a blank post in the top half of the AI Inspire window, you can copy and paste the results in the caption area. As you fill out one post, another blank post will appear. Keep adding posts as needed.
- Once you have content in the caption area, you can use our Photo Suggest tool to access images based on your captions.
- If you already have photos to use, just upload them using drag and drop or the upload button, and paste your content.
- Choose the stack you want to create AI-inspired content for
Upload
- Upload images and videos from your computer or phone easily. Find Accepted File Types by Platform here or in the upload screen in Social Stack Pro.
- To use:
- Choose the stack you want to upload content to
- Click the Upload button to get started
- Click anywhere in the upload area or drag and drop your images and videos
- Close the Upload tool and see your content in your stack
Canva
- Explore our Canva button to create your own unique visual content, then add it directly to your campaign. Posts created using the Canva button are already sized for Instagram restrictions and work well on other platforms.
- To use:
- Choose the stack you want to add Canva designs to
- Click the Canva button to start creating
- Create your design, then click “Add to SocialStackPro” to see your design in your stack
Image Search
- Search high-quality image providers in-app, then add them directly to your stack campaign.
Link URL
- Upload links to listings, blog posts, news articles, and other sites to diversify your content.
- To use:
- Choose the stack you want to add links to
- Click the Link URL button
- Paste all the links you want to add, then click “Generate Content” to add the links to your stack
Post History
- Reuse your content with the Post History tool. This is a good way to reuse evergreen content without recreating it each time.
Post Signature
- Post Signature allows you to add information to every post in a stack. This is helpful for adding contact information, links, or hashtags. Each stack has its own post signature, so you can create to use in all stacks, or customize each one.
Content Organization Highlights
- Rearrange content using drag and drop or shuffle to get the perfect content mix.
- Click “Post Now” to immediately post your content to the selected targets.
- Easily see how many content days you have remaining by checking the top right-hand corner inside the stack. You’ll see “Content Days Left,” “Scheduled Posts,” and “Past Posts” so you always know where you need to add more content.
- Duplicate posts by clicking the icon on a post, then click duplicate.
- You can also move a post to another stack or replace the post image with a new one by clicking the icon and selecting the option you’d like to try.
Step 4. Create a schedule for each Stack
Scheduling is one of our most popular time-saving features because you create pre-set schedules for all your content.
All you need to do is:
- Determine how often you would like a stack to post
- Choose a time for your content to be posted
- Click “add” to create a schedule for that stack
And you’re all set! You can also access a calendar view for all your stacks, or one at a time so that you never have to worry about gaps in your content calendar.
Step 5. Monitor engagement insights – no extra steps!
Building up your audience and engaging with followers is one of the primary objectives of establishing a social media presence. We help you manage and monitor your community using Stack Activity Grouping and Stack Engagement Insights.
To access Stack Activity Grouping:
- Visit the Stack Dashboard and click the drop-down arrow at the top of the page to see a complete list of groups and the engagement insights for each. To learn more about Grouping, click here.
To access Stack Engagement Insights:
- Visit any stack or create a new one and you’ll see a bar at the top of the page with engagement insights for that stack. Click the box that says “Totals” to see a breakdown of engagement platform by platform.
Note: Keep in mind that both Engagement Insights tools operate on a slight delay but provide an overview of all the engagement data from your connected social media accounts.
